Clinical trial participants are the most important, valued piece of the clinical study process. As such, the process for signing up and participating has been streamlined into three easy steps: Getting qualified, starting the study, and enjoying your benefits.
The first step, getting qualified, is an easy, two-part process. There are no major hoops to jump through; it only requires two simple appointments.
- Chat with us on the phone. First, we will need to conduct the initial screening call to make sure you are a good fit for our studies. To sign up for this call, simply click here to fill out a short form and provide us with your contact information. We will contact you as soon as possible.
- Meet us in person. If you are prequalified during the initial screening phone call, you will be asked to come into our Dallas clinic for an in-person appointment. At this appointment, you will receive a complimentary medical exam to ensure you meet the guidelines of the study. If you do, you will be asked to join!
Step 2: Start the Study
Once you have completed the qualification process and been asked to join the study, you will be placed in a group for safety and monitoring. You will be given study-related medications at absolutely no cost to you. In fact, you will be compensated for your time and travel in the study.
You will also be required to come to our clinic for several in-person study appointments. The length and number of these appointments vary from study-to-study, but the commitment will be made clear during the initial screening call so that you are well informed coming into the process. During these visits, you will be given the study-related medication or treatments and monitored.
